Description
The MCE mini electric cylinder is a compact linear actuator with a piston rod. By using an integrated precision ball screw drive, the rotary motion of the drive shaft or motor is converted into linear motion (translation) of the piston rod with high mechanical efficiency and low internal friction.
The pre-assembled standard motor (mounted either inline with the motor adapter and coupling or in parallel via a deflection belt drive and timing belt) together with the standard drive makes the system plug-and-play capable. The aluminum cylinder profile features T-slots on the underside for mounting the electric cylinder. In addition, lateral slots for clamping elements and grooves for magnetic field sensors are provided.
Options such as a piston rod end with internal thread and an extended piston rod, as well as a wide range of accessories, make this product highly flexible. To meet requirements for custom motor combinations, the mini electric cylinder is also available without a pre-mounted motor.
The standard stroke lengths ensure an excellent price-performance ratio and short delivery times. Each MCE is optimally pre-lubricated and ready for maintenance-free operation. The aluminum profiles are manufactured in accordance with EN 12020-2 (medium tolerance).
